♡ all orders are processed & shipped within 1-14 business days. package drop off days are usually on fridays/saturdays! an order confirmation with tracking info will sent to your email once your order's been filled. if you didn’t receive a notification, then your order hasn’t been filled yet!
♡ all order cancellations require a 5% restocking fee from refund for every cancellation. this makes up for the time we've spent processing your package + the nonrefundable fees charged on your order.

♡ i use USPS/UPS to ship all orders, delivery times will vary depending on weather, location, holidays, & package volume.
♡ items marked as "delivered" are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds or cancellations.

we ship worldwide with USPS with door-to-door tracking! please contact me if you need expedited shipping for an added cost.
*NOTE: packages to india, mexico, uae, bahrain, south america, philippines, norway, slovakia, spain, qatar, south africa don’t have door-to-door tracking through usps! packages can sometimes take up to 1-3 months to arrive. it all depends on the local courier usps transfers your package to. while the tracking is unreliable, i’ve never had a package go missing yet! if you have any questions, let me know :)
