♡ all orders are processed & shipped within 1-14 business days. package drop off days are usually on fridays/saturdays! an order confirmation with tracking info will sent to your email once your order's been filled. if you didn’t receive a notification, then your order hasn’t been filled yet!
♡ orders can’t be canceled after 24 hours! a restocking fee will be deducted for every cancellation - we are charged non refundable fees + we’ve started personalizing & processing your package.
♡ i don’t make accommodations for time sensitive orders/gifts anymore! please plan ahead & communicate with me via chat feature on my website for any inquiries!
♡ i use USPS/UPS to ship all orders, delivery times will vary depending on weather, location, holidays, & package volume.
♡ items marked as "delivered" are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds or cancellations.
♡ buyers are responsible for providing an up-to-date shipping address. please double check your info before checking out & contact me immediately if something needs changing/updating. if an order mis-delivers or is returned due to an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.

| INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS |
i ship worldwide! due to expensive shipping costs i offer two shipping methods for all international orders.
option 1: half tracked - (for flat items only - i.e. paper products) tracking is available only until it leaves the US. after leaving the US, tracking becomes unavailable. this is the cheaper option, however, choosing this method means i'm not responsible for any missing/lost package.
option 2: fully tracked. i recommend going with this option for full security in regards to postal carrier mishaps, returns, or replacements.
*NOTE: packages to india, mexico, uae, bahrain, south america, philippines, norway, slovakia, spain, qatar, south africa don’t have door-to-door tracking through usps! packages can sometimes take up to 1-3 months to arrive. it all depends on the local courier usps transfers your package to. while the tracking is unreliable, i’ve never had a package go missing yet! if you have any questions, let me know :)

♡ all sales are final. exchanges are welcome excluding sale items. please thoroughly read product descriptions before buying!
♡ inspect your package upon arrival & contact me immediately if anything is defective or missing - preferably before writing a negative review :) you have 7 days to file a claim. i’ll gladly replace or send out missing/damaged items (shipping is on me!).
♡ buyer is responsible for shipping costs for any "changed my mind" returned/exchanged product. a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. product must be returned in original condition with packaging intact. if any part of the product/packaging is damaged or missing, we reserve the right to deduct from refund.

I was so impressed with my order! The packaging itself was a very pleasant surprise. It was very pretty and also came with a few unexpected stickers and a pretty bonus rose bookmark! The journal itself is so beautiful and perfect…exactly like the pictures. I love the beige grid, the page thickness, the two ribbon bookmarks (one has a charm on it too!) and it is just very high quality. She also hand wrote my name on the little packet of free stickers. I am more than impressed….THIS is how you run a business!!! She earned my customer loyalty on the first purchase and I will for sure be ordering from her again the next time I need a new journal 🤍
My very first purchase from Leela was the Rose Spell Book A5 (RIP), so when I saw this B6 version, I HAD to buy it. In fact, I bought two! It’s the prettiest design and the pages are super thick and high quality, so there are no bleed-through issues. Only thing is, if you’re struggling with perfectionism, this is not a notebook that I’d recommend ripping out pages!
Love the size. Easy to carry in bag if desires. The notebook is beautiful. I’m using as a Reading Journal.. I love looking at and writing in it. Cannot wait to receive my Princess Diaries notebook. That one will be used as my Self Love journal.. I’m in love with leelajournals. Is definitely my stop for purchasing my journals. 💕
The quality of this journal is amazing, and it came in the cutest packaging I’ve ever seen. The pages are thick enough that marker doesn’t bleed through, and this journal is the perfect size to pop in my purse. I love it so much!!!
This is the most beautiful journal I’ve ever owned. The pages are so thick I don’t even need to worry about any transfer. I’m going to use this as a book log, and I’m so excited to use it since it’ll be so perfect on my shelf. The only issue with it is that the gilded edges aren’t perfect. The top of my gilded edge has like a pretty noticeable white spot . Im sure eventually I’ll wear through it more but just was what I noticed right away out of the box. Other than that, absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to buy more
