*limited edition* 160gsm cozy, cute notebook on BEIGE teddy bear fabric - lined with lace ruffle edging. no bleeding or ghosting with most markers, pens, & ink. (some screens are showing this notebook as pink, but it is a true beige in real life)

| SHIPPING & PROCESSING |

♡ PLEASE EXPECT UP TO 3 WEEKS FOR ORDER PROCESSING DURING NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES! if you want to add items to a pending order to save on shipping costs, please reach out to us! we'll put your current order on hold & deduct/refund the shipping on the second order! we'll then combine both (or more) orders for you for shipment :)

♡ we ship from southern california!

♡ all orders are processed & shipped within 1-14 business days. package drop off days are usually on fridays/saturdays. an order confirmation with tracking info will sent to your email once your order's been filled. if you didn’t receive a notification, then your order hasn’t been filled yet.

♡ all order cancellations require a 5% restocking fee & will be deducted from refund. this makes up for the time we've spent processing your package + the nonrefundable fees we we're charged for processing your order. 

♡ we don’t make accommodations for time sensitive orders/gifts anymore. please plan ahead & communicate via chat feature on our website for any inquiries. we offer expedited shipping for extra fees, just reach out!

♡ we use USPS/UPS to ship all orders, delivery times will vary depending on weather, location, holidays, & package volume.

♡ items marked as "delivered" are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds or cancellations.

♡ buyers are responsible for providing an up-to-date shipping address. please double check your info before checking out & contact us immediately if something needs changing/updating. if an order mis-delivers or is returned due to an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund/replacement is not guaranteed. 

♡ please do not contact us on any social media platforms regarding order inquiries. contacting via chat feature on our website is the quickest most efficient way to resolve any issues, & we're happy to help.

| INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS |

we ship worldwide via USPS/UPS with door-to-door tracking! please contact us if you need expedited shipping for an additional cost.

*NOTE: packages to mexico, uae, bahrain, south america, philippines, slovakia, spain, qatar, south africa don’t have door-to-door tracking via usps! packages can sometimes take up to 1-3 months to arrive. it all depends on the local courier usps transfers your package to. while the tracking is unreliable, i’ve never had a package go missing yet! if you have any questions, let us know :)

please consider: holidays, weather, customs, etc may delay some packages.

♡ domestic US: 1-3 weeks

♡ international: 3-10 weeks

buyers are responsible for any vat, customs & import taxes that may apply upon receiving package. we’re not responsible for any customs delays.

 | RETURNS & EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS |

♡ all sales are final. exchanges are welcome excluding sale items. please thoroughly read product descriptions before buying!

♡ inspect your package upon arrival & contact me immediately if anything is defective or missing  - preferably before writing a negative review :) you have 7 days to file a claim. i’ll gladly replace or send out missing/damaged items (shipping is on me!).

♡ buyer is responsible for shipping costs ($7) for any "changed my mind" returned/exchanged product. a 7% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. product must be returned in original condition with packaging intact. if any part of the product/packaging is damaged or missing, we reserve the right to deduct from refund.
