| SHIPPING & PROCESSING |
♡ all orders are processed & shipped within 1-14 business days. package drop off days are usually on fridays/saturdays! an order confirmation with tracking info will sent to your email once your order's been filled. if you didn’t receive a notification, then your order hasn’t been filled yet!
♡ orders can’t be canceled after 24 hours! a restocking fee will be deducted for every cancellation - we are charged non refundable fees + we’ve started personalizing & processing your package.
♡ i don’t make accommodations for time sensitive orders/gifts anymore! please plan ahead & communicate with me via chat feature on my website for any inquiries!
♡ i use USPS/UPS to ship all orders, delivery times will vary depending on weather, location, holidays, & package volume.
♡ items marked as "delivered" are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds or cancellations.
♡ buyers are responsible for providing an up-to-date shipping address. please double check your info before checking out & contact me immediately if something needs changing/updating. if an order mis-delivers or is returned due to an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.

| INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS |
i ship worldwide! due to expensive shipping costs i offer two shipping methods for all international orders.
option 1: half tracked - (for flat items only - i.e. paper products) tracking is available only until it leaves the US. after leaving the US, tracking becomes unavailable. this is the cheaper option, however, choosing this method means i'm not responsible for any missing/lost package.
option 2: fully tracked. i recommend going with this option for full security in regards to postal carrier mishaps, returns, or replacements.
*NOTE: packages to india, mexico, uae, bahrain, south america, philippines, norway, slovakia, spain, qatar, south africa don’t have door-to-door tracking through usps! packages can sometimes take up to 1-3 months to arrive. it all depends on the local courier usps transfers your package to. while the tracking is unreliable, i’ve never had a package go missing yet! if you have any questions, let me know :)

buyers are responsible for any vat, customs & import taxes that may apply upon receiving package. we’re not responsible for any customs delays.

| RETURNS & EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS |
♡ all sales are final. exchanges are welcome excluding sale items. please thoroughly read product descriptions before buying!
♡ inspect your package upon arrival & contact me immediately if anything is defective or missing - preferably before writing a negative review :) you have 7 days to file a claim. i’ll gladly replace or send out missing/damaged items (shipping is on me!).
♡ buyer is responsible for shipping costs for any "changed my mind" returned/exchanged product. a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. product must be returned in original condition with packaging intact. if any part of the product/packaging is damaged or missing, we reserve the right to deduct from refund.
