♡ all orders are processed & shipped within 1-14 days. an order confirmation with tracking info will sent straight to your email once your order's been filled. if you didn’t receive a notification, then your order hasn’t been filled yet :)
♡ all order/product cancellations require a 5% restocking fee - deducted from refund. this covers the time processing the order + the nonrefundable transaction fees.

every other country: customers are responsible for any vat, customs & import taxes that may apply upon receiving package.
*NOTE: packages to uae, bahrain, south america, philippines, slovakia, qatar, south africa don’t have door-to-door tracking via usps! packages can sometimes take up to 1-3 months to arrive. it all depends on the local courier usps transfers your package to. while the tracking is unreliable, i’ve never had a package go missing yet! if you have any questions, let us know :)

♡ inspect your package upon arrival & contact me immediately if anything is defective or missing - preferably before writing a negative review :) you have 7 days to file a claim. we’ll gladly replace or send out missing/damaged items (shipping is on us!).
♡ buyer is responsible for shipping costs ($7) for any "changed my mind" returned/exchanged product. a 7% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. product must be returned in original condition with packaging intact. if any part of the product/packaging is damaged or missing, we reserve the right to deduct from refund.

I gotta say, the 120 gsm surprised me. It's a nice balance of thickness for when using markers + pens while not having too much bulk to the pages of 160gsm either. So glad I picked up one of the OG journals by LeelaJournals.
The pendant design is timeless, and I love that it matches the cover too! Honestly, a great deal when you want an affordable and pretty journal since you can snag this on sale <3
The cover is thick, sturdy! I love the embossed tulip and the bookmark. The pink is perfect, just the shades I love, a little pastel and powdery!
Like the Lily of the Valley notebook, this Tulip notebook is sooi beautiful and high quality. It's a light powdery pink just like the picture and 120 gsm is plenty thick for my purposes.
You can tell a lot of care was put into packing the items and made special for you. I kept both boxes it arrived in because both are just too beautiful to throw out! The notebook and pages are so sturdy and comfortable to hold, I know it will hold up to any wear I put it through. I can't wait to start using this notebook!
The journal is beautiful. It's sturdy, opens up well, and lays flat quite nicely. I am a fan of supporting small businessws as well. It looks like the photos and this one of my very first journals. The box it came packaged was a little damaged but I believe that was from shipping. The extra goodies that came with are so cute.
It's so high quality, the foil details are so pretty, and the charm is adorable! Plus it came with such a stunning box - I couldn't bear to through it out so now I'm using it to store chocolates :D
